Genuine Ford OEM engine oil pressure switch sending unit for 2020 through 2022 Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 equipped with the 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel, and for the 2020 through 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500 equipped with the 5.2-liter Predator V8. This suffix supersedes the earlier KR3Z-9D290-A. The shared fitment across the 6.7 PSD and GT500 reflects common sensor architecture across two very different engine platforms. The switch sends the oil pressure signal to the PCM, which drives the dash gauge and the low-pressure warning logic. A failed switch commonly presents as the oil pressure gauge reading zero with normal oil pressure on a mechanical gauge, intermittent low-pressure warnings without underlying engine issues, or P-network codes for circuit faults. non-OEM switches in this fitment commonly use a generic pressure range that misreports against the dash gauge calibration; the OEM unit uses Ford's specified curve. Sold individually. The mounting boss thread and the harness pigtail are the same across both engine families. Replace the crush washer or seal at the mounting threads to prevent oil weep at the new sensor.
