  This Genuine Ford transmission bushing fits 20-22 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with the 10R140 ten-speed automatic transmission and serves a different position from the -7F013 family. Internal bushings in the 10R140 support rotating shafts and drums against radial loads, maintain concentricity between gear sets, and provide a controlled wear surface that can be replaced rather than scoring the shaft itself. Each bushing position uses a specific outer diameter, inner diameter, length, and material grade matched to its lubrication path and load case. Bushing wear in a high-mileage 10R140 contributes to internal leakage, low line pressure under load, and harsh shifts, and is one of the components routinely replaced during a full rebuild even if it visually appears acceptable.
