  This Genuine Ford air conditioning discharge pipe fits 20-22 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. The discharge pipe carries high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant vapor from the compressor outlet to the condenser inlet, completing the high-side of the closed-loop climate system. Routing, end fittings, and bracket geometry are specific to the 6.7L Power Stroke engine bay layout; the 7.3L gas and 6.2L gas variants use different tubes that are not interchangeable. non-OEM discharge pipes often miss the correct fitting orientation, barrier liner construction, or bracket placement, leading to slow leaks, vibration-related failures, and reduced cooling efficiency. This OEM pipe is preformed to the factory routing and uses captive O-rings sized for the specific connection. Recover refrigerant before disconnecting, replace the O-rings at every joint, torque the line nuts and bolt-on flanges to the published specification, then evacuate the system to deep vacuum and recharge with the specified refrigerant weight and PAG oil. Replace the receiver drier or accumulator and the orifice tube whenever the system has been open for service.
