This is a brand new genuine Ford OEM Motorcraft JK6886A serpentine accessory drive belt carrying part number LC3Z-8620-D, fitting 20-23 E-350 and E-450 Super Duty cutaway and stripped chassis vans equipped with the 7.3L Godzilla gas V8 in the dual alternator configuration. Dual alternators are common in ambulance, motorhome, and commercial conversion E-Series applications where the chassis must support heavy non-OEM electrical loads such as inverters, refrigeration, lighting, and lift gates. The dual alternator routing adds a second alternator loop to the standard accessory path, lengthening the overall belt and changing the wrap angles on the tensioner and intermediate idlers. Installing the single alternator belt LC3Z-8620-C on a dual alternator engine will produce incorrect span lengths and belt walk; verify the engine has two alternators before ordering. Construction is multi-rib EPDM with factory-specified rib count and length. Inspect tensioner spring force and all idler bearings any time the belt is replaced; weak tensioners are a common cause of premature belt wear on dual alternator builds. Sold individually; tensioner and idler pulleys carry separate part numbers. Backed by Ford's OEM parts limited warranty.
