This genuine Ford Motorcraft fuel pump and sender assembly is the complete in-tank fuel delivery module for 2020-2023 Ford Super Duty trucks, covering F-250 and F-350 pickups with the 6.2L gas engine and the aft-axle tank as well as F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 chassis cabs with the 7.3L gas engine and the 34-gallon fuel tank. It integrates the electric fuel pump, the fuel level sending unit, and the internal pressure regulator into one assembly that supplies the engine at the correct fuel pressure and reports tank level to the gauge. The gas-engine pressure regulator is a non-serviceable internal component, so the complete module is replaced when the pump fails. Failure symptoms include hard starting, extended cranking, no-start, stalling or power loss under load and towing, sputtering during acceleration, a whining noise from the tank, and an erratic fuel gauge. Installing this Motorcraft module restores steady fuel delivery, proper pressure, and accurate level sensing. It includes the sending unit and matches the factory tank geometry. Confirm tank position and engine, relieve fuel pressure, and renew the lock ring and seal as needed.
