As with all turbo oil feed lines, this tube must be installed clean, with new crush washers or sealing rings, and with the routing exactly as specified by the Ford service procedure to avoid kinks that would restrict oil flow. Restricted oil flow to a high speed turbocharger cartridge is one of the fastest paths to bearing failure, so taking shortcuts on this part is not advised.
