  This is a genuine Ford turbocharger assembly for the driver-side left bank of the 3.0L twin-turbocharged V6 engine used in 20-24 Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, and Police Interceptor Utility models built to 5/13/2024. The unit includes the integrated exhaust manifold and is sold as a complete bolt-on assembly. The turbocharger pressurizes the intake charge for the left cylinder bank, providing the boost that produces the engine's rated power and torque output. Symptoms of a failing left turbocharger include sudden loss of power, blue or white smoke from the exhaust, a whining or grinding noise that pitches up with engine speed, excessive oil consumption, a check engine light for boost pressure or actuator faults, and oil residue inside the intercooler piping. Because the manifold and turbocharger are integrated on this engine, internal failures, casing cracks, or impeller damage are not field repairable and require a complete unit.
