  This is a genuine Ford OEM driver side master window switch assembly for the 20-24 Ford Explorer with approach lamps configuration, fitting King Ranch, Timberline, Limited, Platinum, ST, and XLT trims with the approach lamp feature. This part supersedes earlier suffix LB5Z-14529-BA and carries the Ford service identifier SW-8444. The assembly includes the four primary window control rockers, the window lockout, the door lock controls, the approach lamp control circuitry, and the integrated bezel that mounts into the driver door armrest pad. The approach lamp variant communicates lamp-on and lamp-off requests over the LIN bus to the body control module, which then triggers the puddle and welcome lighting sequence.
