  This is a genuine Ford OEM windshield washer fluid reservoir assembly for the 20-24 Ford Explorer and Police Interceptor Utility built to 5/13/2024. The assembly includes the reservoir tank, the integrated washer fluid pump or pumps depending on equipment, the fluid level sensor, the cap and filler neck, and the mounting brackets. As an OEM Ford reservoir the tank capacity, pump output rating, and harness connector pinout are matched to the Explorer body control module washer logic and to the windshield washer nozzle flow rates. Confirm vehicle build date before ordering as Explorers built after 5/13/2024 use a different reservoir reflecting the mid-cycle refresh. non-OEM reservoirs frequently have lower capacity or use generic pumps that do not match the Ford fluid level reporting, leading to false low-fluid warnings on the cluster.
