• Description:

  Authentic Ford Motor Company replacement windshield washer nozzle (jet) for the 20-25 Ford Escape and Lincoln Corsair. The nozzle is the OEM service level part that mounts in the cowl area at the base of the windshield and sprays the washer fluid pattern up onto the glass. Each piece is sold individually and a standard installation uses one nozzle per side of the cowl; verify the failure (one nozzle blocked or both) before ordering amount. The nozzle press-fits into the original mounting hole in the cowl and connects to the washer hose using the factory quick-connect fitting. Replacing a clogged, frozen-cracked, or misaligned washer nozzle restores the original spray pattern onto the windshield, restores effective windshield cleaning by the washer fluid system, and prevents continued operation of the washer pump against a blocked nozzle which can damage the pump over time. After installation, the spray pattern should be visually checked at low and high washer activation to confirm coverage of the wiper sweep area; small adjustments can be made by carefully reorienting the nozzle ball during the first few uses.
