• Description:

  Authentic Ford Motor Company replacement left-hand front door window run channel with black moulding for the 20-25 Ford Escape. The run channel is the rubber-and-felt channel that seals the front door window glass to the door frame and guides the glass as it travels up and down. This part fits the black-moulding configuration; vehicles equipped with the bright (chrome) moulding configuration use the -E suffix part instead and the two are not interchangeable. Verify the original moulding color on the failed channel before ordering. Each piece is sold individually and the left- and right-hand front door run channels are not interchangeable. The channel seats into the original Ford channel groove around the door window opening and presses into place using the factory clip pattern. Replacing a torn, hardened, or fish-mouthed run channel restores the original sealing between the door glass and the door frame, restores quiet cabin operation by eliminating wind noise at highway speed, and prevents water leakage into the door cavity.
