  Authentic Ford Motor Company replacement left-hand driver-side outside mirror cover, finished in black, for the 20-25 Ford Escape equipped with the BLIS blind spot information system. This is the current Ford service level cover and supersedes the earlier -AA suffix. The cover ships in black and is the OEM service part for vehicles where the original mirror cover has been cracked, scuffed, or curb-damaged. Verify that the original vehicle was factory equipped with BLIS before ordering since non-BLIS Escape mirrors use a different cover with a different blind spot indicator cutout. Each piece is sold individually and the left- and right-hand mirror covers are not interchangeable. The cover snaps onto the mirror housing using the original Ford clip pattern; no fasteners or adhesive are required. Replacing a damaged mirror cover restores the original factory appearance of the outside mirror, preserves the proper aerodynamic profile of the mirror, and protects the mirror motor and electronics from water intrusion through cracks in the cover.
