This is a genuine Ford OEM driver side front wheel arch molding for the 20-25 Ford Explorer and Police Interceptor Utility, for configurations with the auto-park feature. The molding wraps the upper edge of the front wheel opening on the driver side and includes the routing pocket and clip pattern needed to accommodate the auto-park parking sensor harness running through the arch. The molding provides the textured black trim transition between the painted fender and the tire cavity while also shedding road spray and protecting the lower body paint from stone chips. As an OEM Ford part the molding carries the correct factory clip pattern and surface texture for a flush installation against the fender lip. Confirm auto-park equipment before ordering as configurations without auto-park use a different molding. Install with the front bumper edge released and the inner fender liner pulled back enough to access the upper retention clips.
