Genuine Ford sun visor retainer, also called the sun visor holder or support clip, for the 2020-2025 Ford Explorer. This is the small headliner-mounted hook clip that the free end of the sun visor snaps into to stay parked against the roof, not the visor assembly itself. It is molded in ebony to match the headliner and is used on either the driver or passenger side. Owners look for this part when the visor no longer clips up and hangs down, when the original clip has cracked, broken off, or pulled out of the headliner, or when a clip was lost during headliner or visor service. Because it is the small plastic retainer only, it is an inexpensive fix for a floppy visor when the visor body itself is still good. Ford catalogs it as Retainer - Sun Visor, with this -AD configuration listed for the without-sunroof, ebony interior.
