  • Description:

This is a brand new genuine Ford OEM heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor carrying part number LC3Z-9G444-B, fitting 20-25 F-150, F-250, and F-350 Super Duty trucks in the rear sensor positions including left rear, right rear, rear, rear right, and rear lower diagram callouts. This part supersedes the earlier DY-1575 and LC3Z-9G444-A. The rear or downstream oxygen sensor monitors exhaust gas oxygen content after the catalytic converter and is the primary input for catalyst efficiency monitoring used by OBDII. Unlike the upstream front sensors that drive closed-loop fuel trim, the rear sensors are used predominantly for diagnostic monitoring and confirming the catalyst is operating within efficiency thresholds. Common failure modes include heater circuit failure, contamination from silicate or coolant exposure, and connector corrosion. Symptoms typically include P0136 series sensor codes or P0420 or P0430 catalyst efficiency codes. Use anti-seize sparingly on threads only and torque to specification; over-torque commonly damages the sensor body. Always inspect the exhaust system upstream for leaks before replacing oxygen sensors, since exhaust leaks can produce false sensor codes. Sold individually. Backed by Ford's OEM parts limited warranty.
