  This is a brand new genuine Ford OEM intake manifold assembly carrying part number LC3Z-9424-A, fitting 20-25 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks and 21-25 E-350 and E-450 Super Duty cutaway vans equipped with the 7.3L Godzilla gas V8. The manifold is the upper intake plenum that distributes incoming air from the throttle body to the eight cylinder runners. The 7.3L Godzilla manifold is engineered for the high-volume single-throttle-body configuration unique to the Godzilla platform and incorporates the runner geometry tuned for the engine's broad torque curve. Common failure modes include cracking at the mounting flange after extreme thermal cycling, throttle body mounting stud erosion, and gasket interface degradation. Always inspect the gasket sealing surface for warpage with a precision straightedge before installing a new manifold. Replacement requires removing the throttle body and associated wiring, and torquing the manifold bolts in the factory star pattern to specification. Always replace the intake manifold gaskets and any one-time fasteners when removing the manifold.
