  This is a brand new genuine Ford OEM right hand fuel supply manifold and rail carrying part number LC3Z-9D280-C, fitting 20-25 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. The fuel rail is the high-pressure manifold that distributes fuel from the CP4 high-pressure pump output to the four injectors on the right bank, and incorporates the rail pressure sensor port and the high-pressure relief valve. The 6.7L PSD common rail operates at extreme pressures well above 30,000 PSI under heavy load, and the rail and injector ports are precision-machined to control the sealing cone geometry at the line connections. Common failure modes include rail port erosion from CP4 contamination events, rail pressure sensor mounting boss leakage, and external cracking at high-mileage units. Always inspect the rail thoroughly when servicing the fuel system after a CP4 failure; if metal contamination is found in the rail, replacement is required as part of the broader fuel system contamination kit.
