• Description:

  This is the genuine Ford passenger-side front lower control arm for 2020 through 2025 Lincoln Aviator with the 3.0L gas or 3.0L plug-in hybrid powertrain. Cataloged by Ford as the front suspension arm assembly, it locates the lower end of the front wheel, connecting the steering knuckle to the subframe through an integral ball joint and rubber isolating bushings while managing braking, cornering, and road-input loads. Worn control arm bushings or a loose ball joint produce clunking or knocking over bumps, steering wander, vibration, uneven or feathered tire wear, and a front end that will not hold an alignment. This assembly arrives complete with the ball joint and bushings already installed, so the entire arm is serviced as a unit rather than rebuilding individual components. It matches the factory geometry and mounting points for a correct, bolt-in fit. A four-wheel alignment must be performed after installation to reset caster, camber, and toe to specification.
