  This is a genuine Ford OEM liftgate gate assembly for 2020 through 2025 Lincoln Corsair utility vehicles. The liftgate is the complete rear hatch shell that closes off the cargo opening and carries the rear glass, latch, hinges, wiring, and outer skin; it seals the rear of the vehicle and supports the power-liftgate hardware, spoiler, and rear wiper components. A liftgate assembly is most often needed after rear-end collision damage, a dent or crease that cannot be repaired, corrosion, or hail damage, and buyers frequently search for it when the existing gate is bent, misaligned, or no longer seals or latches correctly. Replacing the full assembly restores proper fit, weather sealing, and alignment of the rear closure far more reliably than attempting to straighten a damaged panel.
