  Genuine Ford OEM upper door hinge for the passenger-side rear cargo door on 2020 through 2025 Transit vans. The hinge mounts at the top of the passenger-side rear cargo door and carries the vertical load of the door through its open and closed range. This suffix supersedes the earlier KK4Z-6126800-B and reflects updated pin and bushing geometry that improves wear life in fleet duty cycle. Cargo van doors see substantially more open-close cycles than passenger vehicle doors, and a worn upper hinge will allow the door to sag, miss the latch on closing, and stress the lower hinge to early failure. Symptoms of upper hinge wear include the rear door dropping a quarter inch when opened, scraping the body seal at the bottom, or requiring a lift to engage the striker.
