This is a genuine Ford upper radiator coolant hose for 2020-2026 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke turbo-diesel V8, serving the main engine cooling system. Molded from heavy-duty EPDM rubber to the exact factory shape, it carries hot coolant between the engine and radiator and is contoured to clear the turbo, accessory drive and front-end structure without kinking or chafing. Over time these hoses harden, crack, swell, or develop leaks at the ends, which can lead to coolant loss, overheating, low-coolant warnings, and steam or puddles under the front of the truck; a failing upper hose can also collapse or balloon under pressure. Replacing it with the correct original molded hose restores reliable sealing and proper coolant flow. This part is the upper (primary) hose in the 6.7L diesel cooling circuit and supersedes earlier LC3Z-8260-B and LC3Z-8260-C service numbers. Confirm fitment against your VIN before ordering, refill and bleed the cooling system per the Ford procedure, and inspect the clamps and radiator necks during installation for a leak-free repair.
