  This is the genuine Ford thermostat housing assembly for 21-23 F-150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost, supplied as a complete unit that includes the housing body, the thermostat, and the housing gasket. This service part supersedes the earlier ML3Z-8A586-A and the RH-303 housing-only references. Replacing the entire assembly is the most reliable approach when the housing cracks, the integrated coolant outlet leaks, or the thermostat itself fails open or closed. Common failure symptoms include external coolant weep at the housing seam, overheating with the upper radiator hose remaining cool, long warm-up times, poor heater output, or coolant loss with no obvious leak point.
