• Description:

  This is a Genuine Ford OEM left halogen headlamp assembly for 21-23 F-150 without the Tremor package, configured with the base halogen low-beam and high-beam optics. The headlamp is the sealed housing with halogen bulb chambers, dual filament high and low beam optics, daytime running light circuit, front turn signal pocket, and the factory mounting flanges and connector for the F-150 chassis harness. Each unit ships individually as the factory service piece with the housing, lens, and gasket. Bulbs are sold separately and must be transferred from the original lamp or ordered fresh. Suitable as a direct replacement when the original housing has cracked, the lens has hazed from UV degradation, moisture has accumulated inside, or impact damage has compromised the optical alignment. Installation uses standard removal of the front grille and the headlamp retention bolts; the new lamp drops into the same mounting points and plugs into the existing wiring. No software programming is required for the halogen configuration. Suitable for XL and XLT trims and any F-150 originally equipped with the standard halogen headlamp package.
