  Left-hand (driver side) exterior mirror assembly with power fold and integrated camera, in primer paint-to-match finish, for 21-23 Ford F-150 and F-150 Lightning trucks equipped with side view camera. This is the LH companion to ML3Z-17682-JAPTM, containing the heated glass, the power adjust motors, the power fold motor, the side view camera, and the harness pigtail with OEM connector for the driver side mirror position. The PTM finish allows the housing to be color matched to the body color before installation, making this part suitable for any factory body color or refinished body. Replacement scenarios include impact damage to the housing, failed power fold motor, camera image distortion or failure, broken housing from severe impact, or refurbishment during cosmetic refresh. Installation requires opening the door, removing the interior door trim panel and the watershield to access the mirror mounting nuts, disconnecting the electrical connector, removing the OEM fasteners, and lifting the existing mirror away. The new unit installs with the same fastener pattern and connector pinout. Some camera systems require a module recalibration or relearn procedure after installation per Ford workshop manual procedures or related technical service bulletins.
