• Description:

  This is a Genuine Ford OEM door lock actuator for 21-23 F-150 and F-250 through F-550 Super Duty trucks equipped with the keyless entry system and power locks, in the right hand position. Replaces and supersedes ML3Z-15264A26-D and ML3Z-15264A26-B. The actuator is the electric motor and gearbox subassembly that drives the latch lock pawl between locked and unlocked positions on command from the Body Control Module, included with the latch assembly in the original factory configuration. Each unit ships individually as the factory service piece. Suitable as a direct replacement when the original actuator motor has failed and no longer responds to lock or unlock commands, the gearbox has stripped, or the actuator binds and prevents the latch from cycling. Installation requires removing the door interior trim, the moisture barrier, and the latch assembly to access the actuator integrated within it. New actuator must be installed in the latch assembly per factory service procedure. Suitable for F-150 XLT through Limited and F-250 through F-550 SD XLT through Limited with keyless entry.
