This is the molded plastic rear step bumper face bar that mounts to the rear of the truck, providing impact protection, the rear step access, and the visible rear fascia. The bumper includes cutouts for the park sensor array and is shipped in primer for body color matching before installation. Replacement scenarios include impact damage from rear collisions, cracked or broken bumper face, faded or chipped finish requiring full replacement, or restoration during a body cosmetic refresh. Installation requires removing the existing rear bumper face bar from the truck by releasing the retention bolts at the brackets, disconnecting the park sensor harness, and disconnecting the license plate light harness.
