  This Genuine Ford ML3Z-19H406-A is the OEM forward-facing camera that drives the Lane Keeping System, Lane Departure Warning, automatic high-beam control, and forward collision avoidance functions on 21-24 F-150 trucks plus shared 21-23 Mustang Mach-E applications equipped with Co-Pilot 360. The camera mounts behind the windshield in a heated bracket directly above the rearview mirror and feeds image data to the image processing module for real-time lane marking detection, traffic sign recognition, and pedestrian or vehicle approach analysis. Drivers replace this part when the Lane Keep System message reports a service-required fault, when forward collision warnings trigger falsely, when high-beams fail to dim automatically, or when sun-related image saturation causes intermittent dropouts. Windshield replacement without proper static calibration is a frequent cause of failure or repeat code storage.
