  This genuine Ford clutch pressure plate and disc set is the friction assembly that transmits engine torque to the manual transmission and lets the driver interrupt that drive to shift or stop. The set pairs the clutch friction disc, which is splined to the input shaft and clamped between the flywheel and pressure plate, with the diaphragm-spring pressure plate cover that provides the clamping force. It fits the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco built with the 2.3L EcoBoost four-cylinder and the seven-speed manual transmission. Worn clutch components show up as slipping under acceleration where engine speed climbs faster than road speed, a burning friction smell, chatter or shudder when engaging, a high or grabby pedal engagement point, or difficulty getting the vehicle to move under load. Because clutch service requires removing the transmission, it is good practice to replace the friction disc and pressure plate together, inspect the flywheel, and renew the release bearing at the same time.
