  This is the genuine Ford differential and carrier assembly for the 21-25 full-size Bronco. The carrier houses the ring and pinion gears and the differential side gears, transferring driveline torque to the axle shafts while allowing the wheels to rotate at different speeds in turns. Owners replace the carrier assembly after gear failure, severe whine or howl, chipped or spalled teeth, bearing failure, or damage from off-road impact or oil starvation. Symptoms of a failing carrier include a persistent driveline whine that changes with speed, clunking on acceleration and deceleration, or metallic debris in the gear oil. This assembly is matched to the Bronco's axle and gear ratio family, so verifying the correct ratio and axle configuration before ordering is essential, since the carrier is not interchangeable across ratios.
