This is a genuine Ford OEM upper roof molding retainer for the 2021 through 2025 Ford Bronco. Part number M2DZ-7850002-A is the bracket or retainer used to secure the upper roof molding or roof rail trim to the body structure. The retainer provides the secure attachment point between the visible molding and the body sheet metal eliminating wind noise, vibration, and water ingress while maintaining a finished appearance at the roof edge. Construction is corrosion-resistant formed metal or composite engineered to factory specifications. Mounting is to factory-provided bosses or pinch welds on the roof rail or body with included hardware as applicable. Replacement is needed when the original retainer has corroded, broken, lost its clip retention force, or been damaged during prior service. Installation requires no body modification; the retainer engages factory provisions. Compatible with two-door and four-door Bronco hardtop and soft top configurations.
