  This is the genuine Ford blind-spot radar sensor for the 21-25 F-150, the radar module that detects vehicles in the blind spot and approaching during cross traffic. The sensor monitors the area beside and behind the truck and signals the driver-assist electronics to illuminate the mirror warning and trigger cross-traffic alerts. Owners and technicians replace this sensor after a blind-spot fault, loss of detection, physical or water damage, or collision impact to the rear corner where it mounts. A failed sensor disables the blind-spot and cross-traffic warnings and stores a related fault. This variant serves F-150 applications and shares the radar family used across related models.
