• Description:

  Door window weatherstrip assembly for 21-25 Ford F-150 trucks. This is the rubber weatherstrip that seals the door window glass against the door frame, providing wind, water, and dust sealing for the side glass area. The OEM weatherstrip is the correct profile and durometer to engage the window glass channel and create a positive seal across the temperature range that the truck operates in. Replacement scenarios include audible wind whistle from the side window area at highway speed, water tracking down the inside of the window glass during rain or carwash cycles, visible aging or cracking of the rubber from UV and weather exposure, or torn or distorted seal from prior service. The seal is supplied as a single continuous piece for one door window position. Installation typically requires removing the existing weatherstrip from the door (the seal is retained by a metal clip channel that grips the door frame edge), then pressing the new seal onto the same channel with proper alignment from end to end. Some installations use weatherstrip adhesive at the corners for additional retention. After installation, the window glass should travel through its full range and the seal alignment verified across the top and the rear vertical. Both front door seals or both rear door seals are typically replaced concurrently when one ages out, because the seals degrade in parallel.
