• Description:

  This is the genuine Ford coolant tube assembly for 21-25 F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator with the 3.5L EcoBoost. The tube is part of the cooling system routing across the front of the engine, carrying coolant between the cylinder head, the water pump, and the turbocharger feed loops. A failing tube typically presents as a slow coolant loss with crust deposits along the tube routing, a low-coolant warning, a sweet smell after extended idle, or in severe cases visible steam at startup after a cold soak. Replacement requires depressurization of the cooling system, careful capture of the coolant that drains from the line during removal, and inspection of the tube sealing surfaces at both ends. Use new O-rings or sealing washers at every connection point per the Ford service procedure; do not reuse the original seals even if they appear intact. Follow the published Ford torque values on the line connections. After installation, refill the cooling system with the correct Motorcraft-specified coolant, then run the documented bleed procedure to clear air from the heater core, the turbocharger feed loops, and the rear of the block before returning the truck to service.
