• Description:

  This is the genuine Ford fuel tube support bracket for 21-25 F-150 (3.5L EcoBoost), Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator with the 3.5L EB. The bracket secures the high-pressure fuel tube routing across the front of the engine, isolating it from vibration and maintaining proper clearance from heat sources and accessory drive components. Failure of the bracket can allow the fuel tube to chafe against adjacent components, eventually producing a fuel leak under high pressure that is dangerous if it contacts hot surfaces. Failure modes include cracked or fractured bracket arms, missing or sheared bracket fasteners, audible tube vibration at certain RPM ranges, or visible chafing on the fuel tube. The bracket is supplied as a service part complete with the necessary fastener provisions. Replacement requires careful handling of the high-pressure fuel tube; depressurize the fuel system per the Ford service procedure before loosening any fuel line connection, and follow the published procedure for line reconnection torque. After installation, pressurize the fuel system and inspect for any leaks at the tube connections and along the routing path before returning the engine to service or load testing.
