• Description:

  This is the genuine Ford turbocharger oil inlet tube for 21-25 F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator with the 3.5L EcoBoost. The tube carries pressurized oil from the engine block oil supply to the turbocharger center bearing assembly, providing the lubrication and cooling that the turbocharger needs to survive high-RPM, high-temperature operation. A failing tube typically presents as a visible oil leak along the tube routing, a low-oil-pressure warning under boost, turbocharger bearing noise that develops over time, or in severe cases a complete loss of boost pressure with associated drivability complaints. Replacement requires depressurization of the engine oil circuit at the turbocharger and careful capture of the oil that drains from the tube during removal. Inspect the turbocharger feed banjo fittings and any sealing washers during replacement and renew any that show damage or compression marks. Follow the published Ford torque values on the line connections at both the block end and the turbo end. After installation, pressurize the system at idle and inspect for any leaks before bringing the engine up to operating temperature.
