  This Genuine Ford ML3Z-8005-B is the heavy-duty cooling engine radiator assembly for 21-25 F-150 trucks with Hybrid, Police, SSV, or Raptor packages plus heavy-duty towing, and for 21-25 Expedition and Navigator with the heavy-duty engine cooling configuration, covering 3.5L EcoBoost with max towing, 3.5L PowerBoost hybrid, and 5.2L Predator V8 applications. The larger heat-rejection capacity aluminum core with reinforced plastic end tanks handles the higher cooling demand of the max-towing and high-output engine packages, keeping engine coolant temperature within the factory range even under sustained towing or sustained high-load operation. Owners replace this radiator when a coolant leak appears at one of the plastic end tanks where age and thermal fatigue have cracked the molding, when the radiator core has been punctured by road debris, when a head gasket failure has pushed combustion gases through the cooling system and ruined the core, or when scale buildup has reduced cooling efficiency. Installation requires the cooling system to be drained, the upper and lower hoses, transmission cooler lines, and fan shroud detached, the radiator lifted out, and the new HD-spec radiator installed with fresh coolant fill.
