• Description:

  This is the genuine Ford right-side passenger exhaust manifold gasket for 21-25 F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator, covering essentially every engine option in the lineup: 2.7L EcoBoost, 3.0L PowerStroke diesel, 3.3L V6, 3.5L EcoBoost, 3.5L PowerBoost hybrid, 5.0L Coyote V8, and the 5.2L Predator V8 in Raptor R applications. The gasket seals the exhaust manifold flange against the cylinder head mating face and contains the high-temperature, high-pressure exhaust pulses that pass into the manifold and turbocharger or downpipe. A failing exhaust manifold gasket typically presents as an exhaust tick or chuff that is loudest at cold start and fades as the metal expands, blackened soot trails along the manifold-to-head joint, a noticeable loss of low-end torque, a check engine light with oxygen-sensor or misfire-related codes, or in severe cases a noticeable smell of unburned hydrocarbons in the engine bay. The gasket is single-use and must be replaced any time the manifold is removed. Mating surfaces must be cleaned of all old material and inspected for warpage; resurface the head or manifold if outside Ford specification. Follow the published torque sequence and final value, and replace the manifold studs and nuts if heat-blued or stretched.
