  This genuine Ford mirror adjust motor fits F-150 and Super Duty trucks built 21-25 in the configuration with memory, and is included with the mirror assembly. The motor drives the mirror glass through its range of motion, allowing the driver to aim the mirror from inside the cab and, on memory-equipped trucks, returning the glass to a stored position. Owners replace the motor when the power mirror no longer moves, moves only on one axis, makes a grinding noise, or fails to recall its memory position. Because the motor positions the glass for proper rearward visibility, a failed unit compromises the driver's view and the convenience feature.
