• Description:

  This is the genuine Ford left-side rear wheel housing side panel brace for 21-25 F-150 with the 5.5, 6.5, or 8-foot truck bed. The brace reinforces the inner bed sidewall where the wheel housing transitions to the rear extension panel, maintaining the structural integrity of the box around the rear wheel well. Replacement is required after collision damage or significant corrosion at the bed-to-wheelhouse joint. Installation is a body-shop level repair that requires structural adhesives and rivets per the Ford service manual; the specific rivet type, diameter, and amount are called out in the OEM service procedure and must be followed to maintain factory strength of the assembled bed structure. Substituting fastener types or skipping the adhesive will compromise the bed structure under load. The brace mating surfaces should be cleaned of all primer overspray and corrosion before adhesive application.
