  This Genuine Ford ML3Z-5D058-B is the right-hand frame rail end replacement kit for 21-25 F-150 Crew Cab and SuperCab models. The kit includes the boxed steel rear-section frame rail end that bolts and welds to the surviving forward portion of the original frame, providing the structural rear-frame geometry needed to mount the rear bumper, recovery hitches, rear suspension hangers, and bed support brackets after collision damage or severe corrosion has rendered the original frame end unrepairable. Body shops install this kit during major rear-end collision repair where the OEM frame rail is bent or kinked beyond pulling specifications, during a corrosion-driven frame rebuild on northern-climate trucks, or after a heavy trailer pull-through has torqued the bumper hitch and twisted the frame rail beyond reuse. Installation is a frame-shop task requiring the original damaged section to be cut at the OEM splice location, the new section trial-fitted with rosette welds at the manufacturer-specified plug-weld locations, and a full continuous fillet seam run after final alignment. Ford specifies factory-spec frame straightening and a post-weld corrosion treatment so the repaired truck retains the original rust protection on the new joint.
