  This Genuine Ford ML3Z-7222-E is the transmission shift control cable assembly for 21-25 F-150 applications. The cable connects the column-mounted or console-mounted shifter to the transmission shift lever, transferring the driver's PRNDL selection to the transmission valve body so the correct hydraulic circuit is activated for the chosen gear. The molded outer sleeve with internal flexible cable routing maintains precise dimensional travel between the shifter and the transmission across the full range of body flex and engine movement.
