• Description:

  This is a genuine Ford engine exhaust valve for the 3.0L EcoBoost twin-turbo V6 used in the 2022 through 2025 Bronco, the valve that seals the exhaust port during combustion and opens to release spent gases into the exhaust manifold on each cycle. Precision-ground to Ford's original stem diameter, tip height, and seat angle, it drops into the cylinder head and works with the factory valve guide, spring, and seat so compression and heat transfer stay within specification. Owners typically need this part after a burnt or pitted exhaust valve causes a misfire, a rough idle, low compression on one cylinder, a ticking noise, or a failed leak-down test, and it is also fitted during a full valve job or head rebuild. Because the exhaust valve runs hotter than the intake side, worn seats and eroded faces are common high-mileage failures on turbocharged engines.
