This Genuine Ford driver status monitor camera module is the driver-facing monitoring camera used on the 2023-2025 Lincoln Corsair to support the hands-free driving and driver-attention functions of the advanced driver assistance system. Mounted at the top of the steering column, it watches the driver's head and eye position to confirm the driver remains attentive and, on equipped vehicles, enables hands-free highway driving while issuing take-over prompts when attention lapses. Symptoms that lead owners to this part include a driver monitoring camera blockage or camera-unavailable message, loss of hands-free driving capability, and stored camera-module diagnostic trouble codes. This current service part supersedes the earlier PJ7Z-3G590-A and PJ7Z-3G590-B modules. After installation the module normally requires dealer-level configuration and calibration to the specific vehicle so the camera aims correctly and communicates with the rest of the driver assistance network. As a factory Lincoln component it provides the correct optics, bracket and connector for a direct fit, returning the driver monitoring system to full function.
