  This Genuine Ford hood is the outer front body panel that covers the engine compartment, hinging at the cowl and latching at the front tie bar to protect the engine while shaping the front-end appearance and airflow of the truck. It fits 2023 through 2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty models equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, 6.8L gas, 6.8L flex-fuel, or 7.3L gas V8. A replacement hood is typically needed after front collision damage, hail or dent damage that cannot be repaired to a factory surface, rust or delamination along the leading edge and underside, or when the panel no longer aligns evenly with the fenders and grille.
