• Description:

  This Genuine Ford front CV axle shaft assembly is the left-hand, driver-side halfshaft that delivers engine torque from the transaxle to the front wheel through an inner tripod joint and an outer constant-velocity joint, both packed with factory grease and protected by sealed boots so power flows smoothly across the full range of steering and suspension movement. It fits 2023 through 2026 Ford Maverick with the 2.0L engine and all-wheel drive. Drivers usually replace this shaft after hearing a repetitive clicking or popping while cornering, feeling a speed-related vibration, seeing grease thrown from a split boot inside the wheel well, or noticing a clunk when accelerating, each pointing to a failing or grease-starved CV joint.
