  This is the genuine Ford trailer hitch bar kit for the Bronco Sport, catalogued as Kit - Trailer Hitch Bar and listed as a Class II trailer hitch. It is the bolt on receiver assembly that mounts to the rear frame rails behind the bumper fascia and provides the standard square receiver opening that accepts a ball mount, a cargo carrier, a bike rack or any other hitch mounted accessory. Because it is engineered to the original Ford mounting geometry it uses the factory frame attachment points, so no drilling, cutting or trimming of the frame is required and the receiver sits at the correct height and setback relative to the fascia and the rear valance.
