  Genuine Ford remanufactured power steering gear assembly F75Z-3504-CBRM for 1997-2003 Ford F-150, the 1997-1999 F-150 light-duty, and the 2004 F-150 Heritage with variable-assist steering. This is the recirculating-ball steering gear box that converts steering-wheel input at the pitman arm into road-wheel movement and provides hydraulic power assist.
