  This genuine Motorcraft fuel and water separator filter is the primary diesel fuel filter element for the 7.3L Power Stroke turbo-diesel used in 1999 through 2003 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks, the Excursion, and E-Series vans. The element strains contaminants and abrasive particulates out of the diesel fuel before it reaches the injection system while separating water from the fuel so that damaging moisture is kept away from the high-pressure injectors and pump.
