  This is the genuine Ford radiator fan shroud for the 99-03 Super Duty F-250 and F-350 and the Excursion with the 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. The shroud surrounds the engine fan and channels airflow through the radiator core, dramatically improving cooling efficiency at low speed and idle by ensuring the fan pulls air through the entire radiator rather than just recirculating around the blade.
