  This is a genuine Ford YC3Z-8286-CE lower radiator hose, the original-equipment elbow-outlet coolant hose used on the 7.3L Power Stroke turbo-diesel in Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 and Excursion applications built from 99 through 03. The hose carries coolant at the lower radiator connection, completing the circuit that returns cooled coolant to the engine and maintaining the flow the cooling system needs to control diesel operating temperature.
